The hardware will surely be top notch. It's the software that still lacks compelling features to sway customers into Windows Phone. They don't still announce what OS version it is running and what's new in that version. And with the recent announcement of Nokia buyout of Microsoft, I don't think people will still be interested with these supposedly last Nokia-branded smartphones.
