If you dont like the biggest tile, you can easily re-size to atleast 2 smaller sizes. This gives much more space for other things on the screen.

this one is different. it is more rectangular and has something like a speaker grill below the charging port, while the earlier photos showed a more rounded lumia shape with no speaker at the bottom.

Why doesn't it have a memory card slot? I thought Nokia will be doing something that no any other phones can offer but I think I will stick to the Android platform. Acer Liquid S2 I need you now! Hope it gets released here in the Philippines! Recently changed my HTC One X+ to an Optimus G Pro and now I want an Acer high end phone. Android line up changes everytime. In a week or so the best Android will get outdated easily.

there is no doubt that the future of operating systems is in favour of microsoft. apple cant sell their phones in poor countries like bangladesh. wp8 will bring unification of os along with widely used windows os in pc's.

using GSMArena's phone finder, there are 26 more Android phones with lower (or same) resolution, lower PPI and a larger screen at 5in compared to a Lumia 625.
A Lumia 625 - that's like light years away from 1520 specs, so shut up.

the truth is.....
No flagship should have expansion slot for sdcard. carrier dont like it. so that customer would pay for online storage.
even google strictly said flagship should not have sdcard slot so htc obe, g2 and all other dosent have it. even google made moto x and nexus dosent have it.
only one exception is shamesuck who didnt follow the law...

btw... moreagreed to that sir, i have a dual core android, and i say it sucks, 1.2 ghz and 1 gb ram.
i have seen a wp, 1gh dual core and only 512mb of ram, i say "bow" :)

So far, the specs are outstanding. Just confirm that there is a room for at least 64 GB of expansion and decent to extravagant battery life and this handset will have a thunderous red carpet entrance.

The already gigantic tiles become even bigger, are they trying to make them so big that even almost blind 100 year old elderly people can see these tiles? WP8 looks as if it made for elderly people with eye-problems, total waste of screen-space!

I really do miss Nokia. Someone, something or an idea must have left Nokia for Samsung because an average phone Samsung makes now is a communicator, the whole Windows, ex-symbian idea and concept is all but practical! The fact is that Android is King.
