Why don't they just roll this update into KITKAT instead of keep bringing out another version..? Oh we have changed the theme lets now bring out Android 4.5 called KITKAT2....Oh we have changed the position of settings icon lets bring out 4.6.
Why do we have to have this? KITKAT should bring massive changes/bug fixes/new features a complete upgrade not new colour scheme and bug fixes..Bug fixes are fixing the immediate o/s not an excuse for an o/s upgrade and new colour scheme is achieved by going to Play store..
I just don't get Androids policies and folk in forums asking "Is my phone upgradable to KITKAT" or "will my phone get KITKAT upgrade"?When I ask these folk why they don't even know what KITKAT does or whats involved they just want it..For me they want to make Android easier I still have to search settings to find what I want and file system is a mess and I am sure other folk are the same,,ask yourself if within a few seconds you can locate a setting or understand file manager on phone itself?Symbian was full flexible multitasking O/S but it file system was simple.

...usual pai... moreAll of these 'enhancements' to the original Android are wastes of time and effort. How much simpler it would be if these smartphone manufacturers just installed stock Android and left it at that, or just changed some branding here and there, or just included a background with their branding on it. Upgrading to new versions of Android takes minimal effort.
Let Google do the work for you, then swoop in and claim the glory. Use your software dev teams to do something else other than rebranding Android.
