According to XDA forums, this leak has a locked bootloader and KNOX. As I understand this can pose some problems. So, document yourself before flashing.

I'm using this leaked version for 2 weeks. And is absolutely prefect, such improvement of tuch wiz which I hate. Battery and performance, and lag free. ...

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2013A bit late for 4.3 when 4.4 will be out next month. Almost no phone got a 4.3 upgrade, neither the ones sold in retail.

Nexus are the exception of course.

Even with touchwiz, S4 is still one of the best Android phone currently.

What most of people doesn't get over here, is that it's touchwiz features / pack which makes Samsung selling their phones. Not a blend and powerful phone..

AnonD-158136, 14 Oct 2013Always not true in upgrading your Android in Samsung phones... moreYou mean, ask Samsung Malaysia.

Regions have their own upgrades Policy.

...usual painfully slow update from Samsung, they gotta put all that touchwiz junk in there and use up half the phones memory with duplicates of the stuff Google already put there.

4.3 was released 51 days ago and 4.4 will be released soon.

It's like the old days when Samsung was copying Nokia Symbian phones, always slow with the updates, a leopard never changes it's spots.
