I am not surprised the at iPhone's success. I was in an Apple store and I tried one out, they are fantastic phones!

Iphone is the most envied phone ever. It's ridiculous that some people would actually go out of their way to post silly comments just to pull the iphone down when it's obviously a bestseller.
The iphone is not for everybody, although everybody wants it, and that is the problem. It's those people who wants the iphone so bad, but couldn't have it because, it either does not have the features that they particularly look for on a phone, or, it's too pricey for them to be able to afford one. In turn, they get so mad about it that it causes them to hate the iphone and everyone who owns it. There are tons of other phones out there people. Go and look for the one that best suits your needs, and stop hating the iphone just because it's not for you.
I am very happy with my iphone. My only complain about it is, I cannot forward an SMS and I cannot copy and paste. Although there's now a work-around for copy and paste on the iphone, called Pastebud, it is still limited, so I still hope that Apple would come up with their own update with full integration of this functionality on the iphone. That would make life easier for us, that even without SMS forwarding, with copy and paste, you can simply copy that SMS and paste it on a new one, so the missing SMS forwarding would no longer be burdensome. We're crossing our fingers =)

Iphone..It is a good phone...However it does get boaring after about 6 months. Its a quite fragile phone, lacks good volume,applications and gets full of fingerprints.

Now if apple hadn't had limited the sales of phones on the 02 network and the 02 network alone, they wouldve smashed all their sales forecasts and revenue, shame.

iPhone started it all as the brainchild of auto-rotate accelerometer & hand-writing recognition, and user-friendly music interface. And several units followed its footstep, as its 'killers'. After Samsung Omnia or HTC MAX 4G was released and crashed its poor features, it is still stand on its own thanks to its cuteness & simpleness that it clicked to the eyes of the minimalists and teenage's sensation. It is only cute, that's it.

its funny and amusing how people argue/debate when it comes to mobile phones...just my two cents
iphone - sleek, simple, fast but still lacks a lot of "basic" things, a clean and crisp screen wins the wallet of most people..
winmo devices - slow (in terms of comparing with the iphone) even with the highest ram and cpu available but there are a lot of tweaks available like customizations and stuff, apps, games
symbian - jack of all trades. a lot of apps, games, tweaks. Second to the iphone in terms of speed...luv their camera tho...
im A SYMBIAN user but i dont flame winmo or iphone both have their own pros and cons....i had the htc diamond and the 3g iphone but still went back to symbian...i do admire apple cause they started a whole new race when it comes to mobile phones...
btw wired headset isn't that convenient...we dont want to be strangled in all those wires dont we? ... jer jer jer...

Buth i don't see any negative post about user of the iphone,
i'm gonna do something about that!!
I have had the iphone for 3 months.
at first i thought it was a cool fone.
buth it lacks in everything.
1. The bad cam : horrible pictures that look like they have been taken by a 2 year-old, that's probably the IQ level of most Iphone buyers.
2 the Technology is outdated : the fone has been on the market to long in this form, the only thing apple is doing is ruining there market, if they don't come with a (BETTER) version soon, people will lose interest totatly.
3. everyone who buys the iphone, hasen't come further than pre-school, you are all followers not leaders. 1 cow buys a fone and thousands follow.
4. and people who buyed the fone earlier than 1 year ago, i made the same mistake in trusting in advertising.
DON"T TRUST THE HYPE, BY YOURSELF A REAL FONE, THIS IS A MP3 PLAYER. !!!

I use my iPhone to access whatever I want whenever I want, before the iPhone I used Opera on my N82, before that, Opera on my Motorola V3XX and so on for the last 7 years.
I cannot access private emails at work, I also do not want my fellow employees to be able to access it either so I use my phones for that too and have also done that for 7 years.
With my next phone I will also have data, that's the way I use a phone, that is why I chose the iPhone because it suits MY needs better than anything else out there.

It's your choice. But don't hate those people who gets it. So you don't need a data plan because you have access to the internet at work and at home. Then that means you do not need a cell phone either because you also have access to a phone at home and at work, lol. Well you know what, people like us who needs to check our emails because of our work projects and check the internet for the stock market and are always on the go, need constant access to the internet. We are obviously in different communities. You cannot tell what my needs are. Most of all, you cannot tell me what I have and what my friends should have. Geez, talking about weird & imposing people, lol.

A data plan is required when you buy the iphone and sign up with AT&T. So how can you say that we are lying? I can't believe that you would even go as far as assuming and dictating what we have, lol.
