AnonD-156746, 22 Oct 2013There are only three conclusions i can think of from your c... moreThe only thing i knew would make anyone looking for a high end phone to think Nokia is a big screen ( that was their only chance of getting any chance of continuity) Now they have a 6 inch and i was looking at buying it
BUT
people bought 925 and 1020 weeks back and now they are outdated because they are not compatible with the GDR3 and ultimately (for now, the 8.1) updates. So what's the proof that the 1520 will make the GDR4 OR 8.2 update?
Is ready for a 520 user to talk wp cos that phone costs less than the spare battery on an S4, but for someone who would be willing to part with 1k for a wp phone is a waste of time
Plus you can't customize the damn thing; stock with IE, no decent number of apps, most arepaid and expensive!!!

And on voiding warranty and bricking, it depends on you. For me, i learnt how to do one. You ll get everything with some bugs :-) And for the last sentence,havent experinced yet.

Microsoft sets the hardware for the os. But in android, its not like that.That makes a lotta difference. And regarding pricing, i am sure my argument is valid.

All Wp8 phones are getting GDR3, obviously they wont have the third column of tiles as the third column has been added to 1520 because of its screen resolution. WP7 to WP8 was a huge transition, they changed the Kernel of the OS so it was not possible for them to let WP7 devices upgrade to WP8, yet they updated WP7 till the last breath.
Please get your information straight before posting comments here. If you are thinking that I am some WP fanboy, let me tell you I have used Android JB on HTC OneX, Note2 and GS4 and I currently own iPhone 4s. I have also owned Lumia 920, so I am just another tech enthusiast and when someone talks utter nonsense related to any technology I cannot tolerate it.
