Vanilla androids ...that too Chinese...was the source of multiplying lag complaints across the globe...simply sell millions...kill people's hands with laggy, unresponsive software!!! Regarding Lumia 520...your argument on pricing...first does it convince yourself..,think and type!

No weather app that you can get a current forecast at a glance like regular widgets, desktop to put pictures, no customizable background, no wall papers, all squares; big and small Business no space between them, etc
Cool to review, nice to yap about But a disaster as a communicator or only phone!

And fyi, android is heavily skinned by the oem's. No words about sammy. Tried tipo?? works grt for its single core 0.8ghz cpu and a low gpu. And there are chinese phones which comes with vanilla android which works flawless! Try one and then complain.

My backup C7 still gets u... moreI know about that,Nokia recently released an update for 5800 .....:p.....but the wp8 are available to download for everyone as soon as they are official,you just have to make a free developer account for it,Nokia will release it's update based on GDR3 later........

I know there are paid Nokia and Microsoft employees deceiving people here;
Fact is that a phone is announced today, that phone has features that renders all existing Lumia phones outdated, not because some of the existing Lumia phones like the 920, 925 and 1020 are not high end but because the software coming with the phone is incompatible with all existing ones and that is the way Microsoft is going.
Simply put; 1020, 920 or 925 will never get the full GDR3 update and will never have 3 columns, also they will never get the 8.1 update. So if you want the wp experience Microsoft offers with support, go 1520 or bounce, but don't waste your cash on any existing Nokia phone.

For windows we say...just check an ultra low cost, low hardware Lumia 510 (7.5 or 7.8) or a Lumia 520... By the way can you tell me any phones in android with similar hw, working fluidly without any lag !!! Don't give me your automotive examples... ;)

Updates are the Achilles heel of android, you just get the feeling that the manufacturer doesn't give a s*** about you. Android phone owner BTW.
