It's for ergonomics, in case people can't see why...
The shape caters to the shape/contour of human body.
Unless u have flat legs, face, and butt, the shape of this curved phone works better for the "curved" parts of ur body, including ur face (taking calls), legs (front pocket), and butt (back pocket)

This is useless...and what is the different from 100% flat? Useful flex phone will be where you will be able to fold phone on half like on video at 3:00 or 3:30 and nothing else.

Why turning back to curve screen when tv screen are historically changes because flat is better than curve. Flexible phones that remains flat i guess might be too useful. Whats the use of having flexible screen in that phone.

T.V. 's from curve becomes flat.there's no need for this. It hope its flexible phone that maximize the ability of flexible screen.
