I was one vista before had the same problem. But since am on Window 7 no need for kies. I hate kies as much as iTunes !!

    Got android 4.3 update on Monday in my international GT-19500 version. My phone is much faster than before.

      Saldy I am still using it. But def not happy with it. I also had gs3 before which was a great ohone at the time. I also wasted atleast 10 hr on the phone with att and samsung.

      and lastly gs4 has to be root to get decent battery life and usage.

      I might give nexus 5 a last try before going with iphone 6 next year.

        I don't know how to fix it
        In fact XDA couldn't help me :/

          That's how I fixed my brother's Galaxy S2
          It was slow and laggy
          It was his option to make it a friendly fast phone or just a slow device

            I love Samsung. I was a Sony fan boy before. S3 is my first Samsung and I can tell you it's Will not be my last. Had my s3 since day one. Good job Samsung!!!

              Now its only preloaded, you have to set it up.
              So if you don't want to use it just don't set it up.
              Simple as that.

                    Dont upgrade.. its a mes.. knox security is just not good for android user.. and also u cant downgrade anymore if u did..
