I had promised myself no more posts. But I have to say that this company is manipulated by it's prior partial, and now wholly owned parent. Microwhatever. Same company that acted in concert with Apple, in Stealing XEROX' GUI I.P. in the first place. Just goes to show, both Apple and whatisSoft will stoop to no end. Steal and get away with it using teams of Legal Defense, and all kinds of skulduggery. These companies will continue though in their vile ways. All three, Apple Microwhatever and Nokia have forever lost my vote. WHo knows, maybe a groundswell of public contempt can help right wrongs of the past, And the present. Setting precedent for the future. After all, these companies want OUR financial vote of support. Anyway, from the forums I'm seeing Microwhatever has carried it's inept OS over to it's phones as well. Nokia, yo picked the wrong OS. Resistance is futile.

It's only about phones division. After the sale, Nokia (Finland) is sure to get more harsh at the anonymous use of their patents.

Consumers do no care about this as long as the devices meet expectations and benefited us are more important.

AnonD-134497, 31 Oct 2013In terms of Android, there is no competition for Nokia but ... moreIn terms of Android because it was copied from everyone, then the companies who use it have to pay licensing.

22 so far, so much for "free", Google don't care they are an advertising company, they just want users they can sell ads to.

It doesn't matter whether HTC knew or didn't know. They are still at fault in business law if they didn't have a clause between them and the vendor protecting themselves in case of infringement.

nokia now has nothing to do like apple did against samsung, when they feels fail they'd bring a successful marketing company to their victimization way!

Nokia you are the R.I.P underground too!
