12 mil Lg, 10 mil Sony, 8.8 mil Nokia and Htc/moto >5mil.
looks like Android is only helping Samsung n Chinese oems who are mass producing low costs smartphones.
Do hope Sony grows stronger n challenges Samsung

i admit that Apple already surpassed Sony in terms of technology, sales and innovations but don't forget the fact that the origins, admirations, dreams of the co-founder of Apple (Steve Jobs) are Sony's. He dreams that someday Apple will become the Sony of all computers and he already attained it. Sony will not compete with Apple because from the very beginning they are allies.

It is good to know that Sony really does their thing in the Smartphone world. Before, Sony was too unique here in the Philippines since it started going its own way from being a partner of Ericsson. Sony struggled at first but I knew it from the start that Sony will climb up to the spot and now they are on. Sony designs their phones the best like HTC does. Those are the two companies that make good hardware and they really make products that feel premium and with real good qualities! I will buy a Lumia 1520 since I wanna switch from Android (with LG Optimus G Pro and HTC One X+) to WP but I will still buy an Xperia SP to keep myself attached to the Android world. Movies is really a let... moreSony spent on film, there were three these are cloudy2, gravity, and I forgot the last one. The revenues for those will be projected in Q4. Cloudy and gravity should bring money.
And the main card for these year is PS4.

For smartphone i like sony, but for laptop no. I have 3 friends using sony, just after 2 years broke the motherboard. Dvd or music player, still sony. Panasonic for tv. Game player ok for ps.
