There is nothing special about the Nexus devices anymore. Google already abandons and won't update them anymore after 18 months from release. And in some countries they are as expensive as the other highend Android devices. Better go for Samsung, Sony or HTC.

Unfortunately 400$ is like 290euro, but if you import it you have to add other ~60 of taxes (vat 20%) and customs fees. You'll easily reach 370 euro.. for 30 euro more you get the european one without problems on assistance.

I'll order a LG G2 instead.It has a smaller battery but then again the OS kitkat I heard is suppose to be very efficient and therefore I dont think you will have any trouble with battery issues. Plus this will be pure andriod and its suppose to be using 16% less memory to run the OS in back ground. Also iphones dnt pack huge battery yet they are quite good. The only thing people should be worried about Nexus 5 is what colour they want :)

Nexus 5 keeps refreshing their stocks, I ordered one earlier today 32gb white and again just now ordered another one for my girlfriend black 32gb. But the second time I ordered the shipment will occur after 3.-4 weeks, the first one I got for my self will be shipped by Nov 7. Keep checking and refreshing the play store device page and you might be able to get one. Also this is an amazing deal, $400 for 32gb, unlocked with full 1080p display and and snapdragon processor is just amazing. Although with other charges(tax and shipping), the total could come close to $450 for the 32gb. Still good deal.
