The author forgot to mention, Bluetooth Low Energy support. This will now enable the health and medical apps, which are used in sync with other BLE peripherals, to seamlessly work on the phone. This is because Google has provided the libraries for BLE from 4.3 only.

@Tbt. The update should incorporate the i9305 version seeing as rest of the people with the same phone around the world are already using the download version of 4.3 jellies. I wouldnt expect too much though seeing as the prerelease is failing a bit for some galaxy devices though. Short battery life ect.

Some news that there are updates available in service centers .. but its not true. i have called 3 centers including the on samsung's toll free call center and all said that they till not having the 4.3 updates for NOTE 2 and they are not aware that when the updates will OTA or from service centers.

I am with O2 and I installed the jellybean 4.3 on my galaxy s3 and everything seems fine
I installed it on the 11/11/2013.
So it's a shame others are having problems
I live in Newcastle Tyne and wear England.

yeah what about the air view as well? note 2 has the sensor, why not update 4.3 as what is supposed to be when s2 and s3 was lauched.
