The dimness bug is fixed in newer firmware. Use B122 or B119 leaked firmware.

they should really think about that or else the company will be in great loss n will be vanished soon like if any of the popular brand apply or do case on Huawei for copying or stealing so how will they get rid of it ? Then Huawie will be in big loss bcz its not Apple or Samsung or Nokia who have no problem in giving fine to other companies bcz they can afford it .

They attempt to steal proprietary information about competitors that they find at their client's sites and from competitor's employees, immigration violations, bribery and corruption, backdoor hardware/software in their network equipment for spying and try to sell products they haven't yet developed to clients.

Here are a couple stories with more details

I won't buy any Huawei products until they clean up their act, which I don't expect to happen in my lifetime.

This is the worst phone I have ever bought. When I use the phone for calling for half an hour, it became extremely hot. And also when I play the game, it got hot very soon. A shitty company, I will never purchase Huawei handset

Oh please !! HUAWEI , I don't know why u keep trying to increase the specifications of ur device ..I mean u just going onwards without watching whats happening to ur previous devices !!
Everywhere ur device r facing problems .they damages very soon and r the first one to go for repairing ..
u should first build ur name with more value n popularity by making good device even it is not with higher specifications just like Nokia did n gained its name in the market
what if octa core also fails ???
Just make one model with good performance n im sure Huawei will be in competition :)

We use all sorts of crazy, powerful applications on the desktop, and dual-cores or quad-cores have delivered great performance.

Now some dumb companies say they know better, and comes up with 8-cores, 16-cores, foolish.

This phone is so thin and has no curves on the sides that it's impossible to pick up the phone off my desk without the use of a silicone case - but that defeats of the purpose of the phone itself being slim - so what's the point?

Worst software bugs ever like screen dimming by itself for no reason. Rubbish.

I bought an Ascend G615 a few months ago, and I am more than happy with it. When a friend asked me what was Huawei, I replied that this is the future. Having overtaken Ericsson in 2012, as the world's largest telecommunications equipment maker, Huawei looks like the future indeed.

Guys power consumption is not just about processor speed and number of cores , its also about the die shrink k3v2 was 40 nm and k3v3 is 28nm so power consumptiom will be low

A small correction guys k3v3 is not octacore its quad core 2 cortex a15 and two cortex a 7 and these are at 28 nm . Either gsm arena got wrong info or huawei must be really producing octacore .
