That's the first thing that came to mind... they just need to increase the thickness For the larger battery and make it so that the dual SIM version has expendable memory.

Dude 4.4 kitkat is announced to be not a 64 bit os yet. You Have to wait for the 5th version of android os. And it will take a year for that to be developed. As IOS now will widen the gap between 32 bit android vs 64 bit ios. Lot of new games has been announced for the ios 64 bit. Where android is nowhere to go but to wait for the developer to release an online version of their game due to smartphone domination. So If my calculations are correct. By the time android has release the 64 bit version. It will be almost a thousand app gap. Plus, the long month delays because of the new system. E.g. ios has pvz 5 and android is pvz 3.

Nothing new here. It's simply the k3v3 that huawei spoke about some months ago... It's an arm big.LITTLE SoC design with 4 cortex a15 and 4 cortex a7, just like exynos octa, but all the cores are able to run at the same time. it's built on 28nm HPL instead of the actual 40nm k3v2. So power consumption should be much much lower compared to the older one.
"The K3V3 is based on the ARM big.LITTLE architecture. It is composed of two ARM Cortex-A15 MPCore cores and two ARM Cortex-A7 MPCore cores, it will also use the Mali-T658 GPU.[9] The maximum clock frequency is 1.8 GHz."

8 cores are so mid-range these days. I want a true 32 core phone that runs all 32 cores simultaneously, a 200 core GPU cuz 72 Core is a bit mainstream Plus a 6 inch screen with 7K resolution . And six months of battery life. All for $150 MAX and the phone should run iOS , Android , windows phone and BB OS

It's probably the mediatek 6592 chip, with 8 TINY cortext A7 cpu cores that each have terrible single-threaded performance. Marketing crap with underwhelming real life performance.

AnonD-202391, 17 Nov 2013Four cores produced so many heating issues for ascend p6 so... moreActually 8 cores means more heat. I hope they implement some good cooling system on it

P6 was amazing, only problem is it heats a lot when streaming video. Don't drop it too, or else its gone. Also don't ever try to put to much pressure in it like sitting on it.

this p6 phone heats a lot. i mean you can just fry a egg on it. such a slim profile sacrifices cooling. with 8 cores it might just burn pants. not trolling here

AnonD-80914, 17 Nov 2013Doubling the cores does not double performance,it is a 50% ... moreWith all that processing power. What app cannot run on a quad core processor? They say that octa core improves performance. But for what processing power is it needed for? Since kitkat has been announced. It's still not a 64 bit unlike the iphone 5s. What this cellphone needed is a split processor which will handle non-essential tools like phones sensor, wifi, nfc, and other non important apps. I've known processors since pentium 400. So increasing processing may improve it's capability but if it's all loaded in a single processor. It tends to become laggy thanks to jellybeans too fragmented software.
