    Apple has an advantage of being a US company and exploiting this opportunity, they can easily manipulate US laws in their favour.

        There is still more to come for the Samsung thieves, next up an appeal for an injunction, sanctions for Samsung's lawyers leaking confidential information about Apple's licence agreements with Nokia and others, another case involving newer phones with another lot of patents among other things.

        Samsung deserve this by copying Apple they have almost wiped out all the other Android phone makers who give people a choice.

        I wonder how long the other companies can keep running at a loss?

        So is some f00l gonna say there are two thousand trucks full of nickels pulling up at Apple's headquarters?

            Simple! samsung should just send them trucks full with coins. Then apple counts the coins till its up to $290 million
