That's 'genuinely' fake, how come it jumps straight to 4.4.2, it should come with 4.4.1 first and you can see the lighter shade of 2 while 4.4 is quite bold.

There is nothing in the photo to indicate fake, only your imagination I guess.
The android version is indeed subject to change in the build.prop, but that does not indicate a fake either cos there is no way you can tell if its changed or not, can you?

The Baseband Version is Not readable at all.
The Colors on the second picture looks like Photoshop (on the Red body)
4.4.2 is still Not released by Google. Maybe as an developer Version? but... With build. Prop Editor i can Change the android Version ;) the setting menu and home screen are missing. So it looks like a fake

How could a phone be running on 4.4.2 when the current version released by Google is still 4.4?! Seems like someone fabricated the software version.

The back of the device looks good. But this new trend of coloring the back of a device one color & leaving the front faceplate black. Is not as attractive as if they would have painted the entire device one color. At least in my opinion?
