Nokia makes more WP8 phones than Samsung and HTC. It's logical for them to sell more. Mostly it's down to availability and pricing.

No wonder why Samsung has that sales numbers...and Apple with just those 3-4 models has very pretty sales hehehehe is not that amazing? I bet Samsung will never beat Apple if they only rely on 3 or 4 models XD Since S4 sales was not that good as people thinks. And besids quality on their phones and updates are the worst in some years. Even they pull out the 4.3 updates because the many bugs they have on TouchWIZ,

In fact is even more amazing...
Android grows since every single phone maker is using it. BUT iPhone is 2nd place with only Apple using iOS, so in all this years Android needs more than 10 OEMs for beat iOS, and now WP is only on Nokia (Samsung and HTC are playing but not at the same numbers) and gaining ground.
So, the lesson here is if the OS is good and the combination of hardware and software is making magic you will not rely only in masses and numbers. People is realizing this, they dont need premium features/hardare in order to run nice their OS. Android realize this...just on 4.4 BUT 4.3, 4.2, 4.1, 4.0 JB and ICS was a lag disaster...even 4.4 are still in doubt the real performance on 512MB, Single core phones...
Android needs Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola, Alcatel, Huawei, ZTE, Sony among many, many, many other OEMs to have those numbers...
I wonder if Google only used 1 single OEM like Apple will have the same impact on the market? Because the join with Google has not been as great as the joint of Microsoft and Nokia....

Interesting. As I said WP is not beating android BUT stills growing.
Maybe this is a good news for such a closed system is rising incredibly fast...thats the point that matter. Nokia and WP will grow no matter Android users says.
