Perhaps not too useful in UK where you have mins bundles, calls can be made to any network, the dual sim is very useful in other countries where calling across networks is expensive, have been awaiting high end dual sim mob for long and I do not prefer Samsung, would certainly consider HTC to Xperia ! I hope the same shall be launched in other regions and am sure price shall also drop with time to come!

I like dual SIM alot, i need it to separate data and voice call. I use 1 SIM only for data (with huge data rates and considerably lower price than other) and another SIM for voice call and SMS. But my biggest problem is dual SIM phone always consume a lot of power how about this one?

Dual Sim phone is necessary especially for overseas employees who don't to carry two phones. One sim is used for the roaming number, so love ones can send sms at a very low price per sms.

why?????, 28 Nov 2013Can please someone explain why i would want to have a dual-... moreOh, I don't know. Unless you actually have two SIM cards. Like one phone number for work and one private. Or from different networks due to different rates. Maybe even something crazy like from two different countries to avoid roaming rates. Our have one standard number everyone knows, but buy cheaper local pre-paid cards when travelling.
Yep, no sense at all...

why?????, 28 Nov 2013Can please someone explain why i would want to have a dual-... moreThere's plenty of reasons why you would want a dual SIM phone...perhaps if you use a different SIM for a reduced rate on international calls or if you have one for business and one for personal use.
