28 November, 2013
Apparently the next Galaxy S flagship will miss out on OIS, just like the Galaxy Note 3.

AnonD-77892, 29 Nov 2013So how about Samsung? What about them? Considering Samsung has nothing to do with how a 64bit cpu interacts with a camera on an apple phone in the sense of the conversation.

The OIS barely saves it a small win in a couple categories. However The S4 and Note3 have much better tuned cameras. SO despite having Software compared to the G2 hardware they take a good lead.....

On the other hand obviously the 1020 is far superior in most scenarios...And also obviously that goes without saying the S4 does not have the absolute best, but it is among the top.

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2013Or maybe your Iphone or WP phone lagged so now all you can ... moreLet's see what Google's head of Android development had to say:-

Back during Google IO 2012, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean was officially unveiled unto the world. Major firmware versions always bring their share of new features, it was a little something Google called Project Butter that got us the most excited. Addressing Android less than consistent frame rates, Project Butter looked to finally make the Android UI as silky and smooth as iOS butter.

Pull your fingers out of your ears and stop making those "la la la" sounds, you can't ignore reality forever.

Its kinda bad that high end phone like s5 wont have OIS like other brand has. Though i wish samsung will put FM back and make the battery higher for s5.
