With new OS coming to town I doubt Android will remain in top. In fact, the cycle of Android is coming to an end, and new bunch of OS will arise over it.
And WP will vanish?! Let me laugh loud and hard on that, people was saying for past years WP will dissapearing and no one will buy it and there will be no apps and more and more... and is not true, in fact, is growing, ever faster than Android in the past. Microsoft is taking good care about and now with the fully integration of Windows 8.1 and NT...well you get the idea...this will a blow in technology..
So be careful with your comments or sooner you will be buying an WP Phone hehehehe
People was concerned about apps and guess what?! They are here...every week there are more and more apps for WP, no more excuses, and File Manager is on the next update, this will be a real pump for WP...

This 10% is 100% from carriers' free offer for WP phones.
I don't think anyone would buy a WP for full price with their hard earn money only if they can take it for free and you can check the news, there were and still there are a lot of WP phones come free with planes in European and U.S.
WP will vanish in few years like Nokia the only thing keeping it alive is patents that Microsoft take it from every Android phone sold.

My next phone will probably be android, but WP8 is a great rising platform for budget phones and up. Its good to have some alternatives in this market. You really dont want google or apple to dominate the whole market.

Well cant blame apple for losing market share year after year. Their phone is just waaaaaaay overpriced an not worth the money.

Go Windows, spread and improve. I'm currently in Android but I may shift in a few years. If there is a no-compromise hybrid and good G apps integration (keep, newsstand) then I will definitely shift to Windows for my Tab. May still hold back on phones due to Tasker though.

No one really cares about this. And if google ends its support from any other browser and makes chrome only for android, what then? How much of WP, iOS users use bing, yahoo? Google offers very wide selection of apps, email service, social media, office suit and much. What I'm saying is everyone has its own opinion and we should respect other's. and by the way, who really cares about Kantar. Just look for what suits and where you can get ease.

Low end windows phones are making profits. The reason is high end Windows phones especially from Nokia are too costly compared to the High end Android ones and recently launched Lumia phones are too slow to reach every nations.

Killer droid....
Apple will not die pal, they will lost few % market share. As for Android if they keep on pumping new models without improving their os stability, bugs, etc. They will suffer more. Nokia is d only Device maker that bold enough to chop off all smart phone os & move on with a completely new os WP8. Proven reliable!!!
