With good specs (RAM, processor and bla bla), decent camera, solid built (the whole phone is solid, yet not over heavy for its size, with the physical buttons made pretty comfortable to press on) and lastly a killer screen in term of quality and size, there is no reason to miss it.

A... moreTry to look on Sony, Sony Ericsson was one and only mobile comapany which kept pace with Nokia and has similar though different kind of style. I have Nokia's from 1993 till 2010, I have last Symbian - Nokia 808 Pureview now. But now my main phone is Sony Xperia ZL and it really has style. I had Samsung with Android before, but this phone is without soul. Nokia is past for me. After closing factories in Hungary, Finland, R&D in Finland, kicking out loyal customers with Symbian, Meego this company is not existing for me.

Nokia is not dead. See Nokia lumia 520 is unbeatable on its price range. Aslo nothing else comese close to Lumia 1020 in terms of camera. I too love the windows phone os. It is designed to be as smooth as iphone. No matter how many apps you have installed, it doesn't have lagging or slowing down. This really impress many ex-android users. More and more features are added to it and more and more apps are released everyday. IF you want Iphone like butter smooth OS with a cheap price, just buy lumia.

I really don't care the OS they use. I will use Nokia Forever. Im a really loyal to the brand.

Someone that call itself a follower or admirer can't get behind for anything. I used Nokia from 5160 TDMA and today I use a Lumia 920 (next to get an 1520).

Sincerely I will never let go a Nokia XD no matter what kind of OS they use.

Microsoft is good into pc's. That's about it! I cannot buy a device that has windows phone cause that system makes me nervous. Before, i said that is ok, always tested it, never really used it more then 2 days. I like the interface: bold approach. But that's about it. Rest is for newcomers or the "i don't know" type of people. CAUSE IS JUST NOT A REAL SMARTPHONE SYSTEM. It is just a normal locked system that is limited to the social network and other nothingness mass users do. It is an asha with better specs. In the same category is Android and ios (ios sitting in the first place on the podium). And cause of Nokia i'm left with blackberry and now i hope jolla will do something. And i'm sure i'm not alone here. Allot of Symbian users are left with nothing just cause of a Flop and the new trend of: let's sell retarded systems and call them smart, so we can sell. People need to learn if they want to use a smart. And not vice-verse. The "smartphone" becomes retarded just cause it needs to sell to the mass. A world of greed and laziness... I'm just glad that slowly i ditched my passion for smartphones. Cause right now, the market stinks of crapp.

Any other brand are no-name same garbage, bad quality and all look and feel the same. Even iPhone these days looks and feels just like anything else.

When you pick up an old, pre-2010 Nokia, it's an experience. Great design, great quality, great features, and last but not least - these phones were made with the user in mind. They are not just expensive toys to consume content, instead they are made to help you CREATE content and to help you be productive. In many countries around the world Nokia is synonymous with smartphone, because it was the single thing to connect them with the world. Affordable, yet so packed with utility.

This is why Nokia fans have such feelings about what happened to the company. The future of Nokia looked bright in 2010, and one ***hole shattered it for millions and millions of people.
