Battery Life Capacity of this Phone is a LACK.
Also CellPhone with Projectors has been in Asia Market China Brands for a few months.
Perhaps they should use Solar Cell type of LCD , which can convert sunshine into battery Cell.

good phone! but not that useful to everybody else and prize wise might as well be more expensive than N95. better yet choose what suits your needs. I don't need this phone for now, maybe when prize is quarter of its prize by the time it hits the shelves i'll be rushing to buy one... lol!

Knockles I do agree with you when you say thes manufactures should invest more money and time creating way to have long lasting battery lifes for these high end phones. Example N96 its a great phone but phone life is not so good but we love nokia and always.

How is this new? I have had a excellent projector phone since May 2008, it's called the Epoq EGP and looks like.. hmmm.. if Nokia N73 and Iphone hade a baby.. then it would look like the Epoq.. i got it from a friend who was in Hong Kong last year.. it's a excellent phone.. it has like all the specs as well.. I can't see how this Samsung phone is inovative?

Knockles, 12 Jan 2009all these phone manufacturers should work on improving batt... moredont mean to be a jackass but if you havent noticed the phones have been very improved the last year with big touch screens etc. and the battery life has not gone down it has actually gone up and if you look at the spec a little better to se the type of battery you would se it gets better and better. and they are working rely hard on developing new technoligy for power plus that they expect that by the year 2010 cellphones will be driven by solarenergi...so dont worry about the batterys and next time maybe read a little.

dont look like 2.2" looks like 2.4 or larger... the phone looks laggy also. Samsung phones will never be a big hit, they lack something somewhere always. :(

An interesting niche product. We all await the smartphone market of mid to late 2009 as mobile devices gain ever more levels of functionality.

Projectors on phones aren't new. They've been around in Asia for a few months(maybe longer) and you can get them on eBay. Sorry to burst the bubble.

not a basher so all samsung fan boys relax, don get way to over hyped like the presenter and before you say this is a original samsung first... read the first line again
"Do you remember those tiny DLP-based pico projectors presented at last year's CES? Well, this year Samsung have integrated one...."
most of us remember last years CES and theirs even a article on those DLP projectors last year on GSMarena Samsung are just the first to add it to a phone.
Now a projector on a Phone daam thats a slick feature but it kinda shows how despite Samsung are to get to the top
