28 December, 2013
We could be seeing the first devices with true octa-core or 64-bit (or both) from Samsung very soon.

Always the same hate trolling and jealousy on every page.
I like all good brands. It's obvious however that Samsung is well in the lead in most aspects. And Snapdragon is not the extremely established"over Exynos" that has alwasy been so superior...Nor is it even so supremely superior now. Edge in battery life and recent optimization. Especially when compared to newer A-15 yes...But look how long it took these older based snapdragons to get this good.
With continually more optimizing to the A15's they will over take. 1.9 scoring on level somewhat better than 2.3? Get the picture?

So ARM v8 makes a dual core processor @1.3 gHz (Apple A7) as powerful as a quad core ARM v7 processor @2.3 gHz (SD800)?
Then this octa core ARM v8 processor will be ridiculously powerful.

New Exynos? So this is what is going into the crappier version of the S5. Everyone knows the Qualcomm version is always better. Samsung just throws together other peoples work and stamps a Samsung sticker on it. Qualcomm actually improves the design themselves.

Exynos processors are nothing in front of Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. This is the way to go.

Unless it is much improved than GS4 in perceivable ways, I'm not interested.
