I hope they come up with a 64bit quad core 2.5Gz @20nm
or Octa Core 2.5ghz/1.5ghz @20nm

I don't disagree we need better batteries, but that does not mean all the other things are not welcome still.
And even though not at a good enough rate batteries have gotten a lot better.
Each time the displays get bigger, higher res, brighter, more cores, faster chips, more functions, stronger gpu...While battery only increases bits at a time and it still lasts longer...
It's also why Samsung uses removable battery.
However more battery life is well more than needed.

its stupid think in a 4gb ram phone...its because the battery dumb!!!!and what about a 64bit proc??? its because the battery again! no one resist a 24 hs of intensive use...NO ONE! and i mean INTENSIVE! and the new gpu need more energy because "lost more energy, a lot" just touch the back of your phone wen you play some game...and you will feel it in your hand the lost energy....HOT HOT like a XXX... WE NEED A BETER BATTERY

What people also do not realize that aside from Samsung being leaders in all around hardware...Chips are one of their major strong points. Especially memory chips.
70% of the worlds smart phones use Samsung dram.
For instance all Iphones, Ipads, Ipods, and even macbooks use Samsung memory...as well as many other parts.
Even HTC devices are running off Samsung memory.
I even find Samsung chips inside Sandisk memory cards.
So take that into thought before trolling so foolishly.

To use less can have more draw backs than positives... Especially on only 1GB. Battery, memory, and speed can be taking bigger hits than people realize.

and honestly, this RAM is not for phones only, it can be used on any mobile devices like tablet, netbook, notebook etc, and its not for android only. Even though the android dont have 64bit OS, it can still be used on a notebook running windows 8 or a Macbook, so why all the hates & negative thinking?
I dont really like Samsung but I must say, they have done a good job on this.

why all the hate? i am not a Samsung fan (or hater) but you have to admit that Samsung in term of hardware is doing a lot of good. i am pretty sure if HTC or Nokia or LG have released a 4gb ddr4 mobile dram or something , you would all be praising them, and speaking how innovative they are. btw i think every phone maker is contributing to the development of technology (Samsung,Apple,Sony,LG,HTC etc..........),

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2013thats why note 3 lags with 3gb of ram?In regards to that person who say's that the Samsung galaxy note 3 lags, you don't what you talking about, half of the people who come on here making smart remarks about such a device lagging, they don't know what there on about most of time, when you own one like I do and you don't experience any lag, even when the internal memory used at 25gb out of 32gb and a micro sd card filled with 50 out of 64 gigs of movies and photos and etc etc. No lag it's all a load of nonsense. People that own a galaxy note 3 know what a writing about.
I believe my comments are honest and fair and I have put my device through it's paces.
Those that don't have galaxy note 3 don't keep slagging it off.

Engineers don't just get canned because they don't know what there talking about they fired him because it was bad for publicity for him to make such a comment.. But let's be real here, I have seen side to side a 5s 5 and a 4s all running ios7 all three crashed when doing certain things, all 3 seems to have the same issue with apps, l running different chips.. Does 64 bit architecture change anything.. Maybe but it has yet to be seen in real time usage
