              No doubt if the UK Intelligence Agencies have the financial support and the Coalition backing this would happen over here. Monitoring of satellite position of phones no doubts happen already especially with terrorist concerns in the uk.

                    Apple and Google (probably MS too) are already mapping users, with location and behaviour, this isnt far off... so why would it be unlikely?
