I believe there is no loophole needed in your Phone since we have our trusty search engines doing that for anybody intrested in spying on you.
If I use Google to search on speaker systems overhere in the Netherlands I get commercial information on these speaker systems on GSMArena. The same goes for any search you do that would involve something more "naughty", although it might not pop-up as a commercial on GSMArena it's a recorded fact. And let us not forget the Google Now service...

If I was the NSA I would tap into Google's bigdata base and start searching for keywords.
Apperently the legal side of things need them to do things differently so they need to search for other way's to obtain their data.

I Always say, if you have nothing to hide there is nothing to fear right. In the connected world we life in it's amazing people are screaming about protecting their data. E.g. if you are a member of a online service you already shared to much personal information to be safe (adress / CC information).

I suggest to become a off gridder if you realy care about protecting your personal life against big brother or otherwise accept the fact that anyone intrested in your personal life can do so with ease.

Yeah, right and Santa is real! Just like Microsoft, they didn't buy Skype so the NSA can get a backdoor access.

I really cant understand why NSA needs to put their surveilance on cellular devices. For them to locate where is whom and what is what??? It's invasion of privacy.Better do something about it Apple, or whoever is involve.

I am shocked .I was expecting them to come out saying that they built in loopholes so that the NSA could spy on people.
