IMO these 2 phones are for SE to complete their 2009 portfolio.
They're not the new Flagship of 2009, and should not be judged as so.
These 2 phones are rather boring...
HOWEVER better is yet to come. And those who needs an updated 5mp phone, or a fresh look on a walkman slider will like these 2.
Just waiting for SE's 2009 flagship annoucements! YAY

I bought C905 because my needs in a phone aside from texting and calling are there: camera, music and wifi. I am happy but my wallet is sad because it is very expensive. I should have bought Xperia but that is way too expensive. W395 and C901 should not be expensive because the features are not that impressive. Nokia N97 will be cheaper compared to Xperia but it has higher features.

I hope the copy paste C901 will be better than unsuccessful K850. I wonder why SE doesn't release the copy paste of C905 in candybar form factor.

Besides whats happening to SE.....I still love there phones - My type of phones just Perfect.
I have been a Nokia fan in the past but Once i got my hands on the K700i, K750i, W810i I Instantly fell in love with SE phones then i bought the W850i(which i still have 3 years after buying it!)
Now iv got the K850i which is soo perfect...its just unbeatable.

i can't see the forward-facing camera (the video-conference camera),
does it mean this phone did not support 3G?

if sony ericsson continue to lunch this type of boring model then with in 2 month se face the same problem like moto.pls se guys look what the samsung & lg have do and follow them.samsung planed to finish nokia if samsung & lg continue to lunch their inovatic product then nokia also beg down and sony ericsson ha ha ha ha ........

thats another mediocre release from SE.Man when are they going to wake-up and produce a handset to counter the N-Series from Nokia?
Same boring specs……….nothing new to be noted same screen-size,same auto-focus camera,same software…..

And what is the key factor for a "phone"? Clear voice quality! Something SE doesn't seem to be able to match...especially its bar phones...which simply capture all the background noise EXCEPT the person's own voice.

SE just recycle ! Same old boring phones.
BTW : when was the last time for SE to release a phone after 2 months of announcement :)
I guess about 6-8 months, not that I will missed them.
Cheap lousy models are flooded the market. We do not need expensive ones :)
Reliable, capable (WLAN, GPS, etc:) large screen (2.6-3.5) with good battery and excellent reception.
Now, we get one model after another with lousy reception, (key function - to make/receive a call) poor battery and buggy softwares!
It is said when an Iphone wit hall its limitations can outsell ALL the Windows Mobile phones COMBINE! (all models from all manufacturers) Just think about it!
And you are the ones who buy these j.unks..
