Conference call is not supported also one cannot receive any waiting call.

i updated my phone to 4.4.2 kitkat and now its not turning on at all all it does is says motorola makes a vibrate noise and the phone goes blank but you can see a very dim light on the phone help
don't update your phone it will make your life a misery

I don't want KitKat version, may I know hw can we get moto g version to old as wen we bought. I don't like it, it automatically upgraded when my internet is on...
Please reply me how to remove the latest version..

Can't delete any installed programs. The mobile goes off momentarily. Hellllllp!

just bought Moto G 16GB version came with KitKat 4.4.2 pre loaded, my first Motorola phone, the reviews were right it's a brilliant phone and for the price a bargin,
the screen is very good and KitKat is the best Android yet, battery life is amazing
lasts nearly two days with moderate use, made right choice buying Motorola Moto G.

Just got a Moto G and allowed it to update to 4.4.2 KitKat. Not sure what it was like before but all my contacts are messed up and it won't sync them properly with Gmail (even though it says it has). It's lost phone numbers, lost names while keeping numbers and emails and is generally a mess. Anyone know how to sort this out? (Motorola Migrate didn't resolve this either again it said it had imported all contacts when it clearly hasn't). Don't really want to have to input manually.
Otherwise really pleased.

Interestingly, after kitkat upgrade, I have the opposite "problem" with volume than those reported: its much louder than in the past and I have to adjust it at just 1st or 2nd step for ringing and volume at headphone during calls is louder too.
Though, I had 2 serious incidents of "crashing", actually not waking up and i had to rebooted. Always stressful situation for a device with non removing battery...
Also, there is definitely a problem with power management and the indicator that is not accurate, showing battery at half power but battery is empty...

It seems Google are aware of this issue and will be fixed on the next update .Shame it's not sooner as the issue is some what annoying but the phone itself is that good it's worth keeping hold of for sure as best phone I've EVER had !

Post KitKat update; battery life now very poor and call volume decreases need to restart phone to correct. Was delight with moto g until now.

Since I bought it the battery has been fine (no lower than 78% in a 16 hour stretch and charged overnight every night) but after update and approx 3 hours at work doing nothing in my pocket it's down to 41%. After two hours of charging on a USB port it's down to 33%. I have a bad feeling about this update.

I updated to the newest Android OS and I am now unable to make phone calls, a basic feature which really goes without saying. When you attempt to place the call it automatically goes into conference mode and you're unable to switch it to the call at hand. Also, you're not even able to hang up the call. To exit any call I've had to power down the device completely. Suggestions? I really need to make phone calls.

Got the update right now. My Moto G was bought from Phones4U.
