There isn't much QWERTY in that QWERTY keyboard. It's more a QWERT.
But nice phone. I have a E51 and its pretty good, except for the software.

nadeem, 23 Jan 2009ya another communicator may b.u know the best communicator ... morei had and still have the 9500. i never sold it and i wont sell it. i am using the E90 now since it was 1st launched in the market. size is not a big for me, as long as the mobile gives me what i need. i agree with you concering the color of the E90's cover :S its weird though for such a high priced phone this happens to it. anywayz still not a problem i am using and it is working fine no problems at all. but i would surely replace with the new communicator when it comes out :) and put it next to my 9500 and 9210 :)

once you use a communicator you can never change to another mobile phone dont you agree?

I love the size of the display. E71's display was disappointing and that is why i decided to stick to my old E61i. I hope the E75 will retail soon so that i can change my phone! However, should the N97 come home earlier, it will be a must have.

I am wondering when the successor to the e-90 communicator will be out

It must have a "Essential List" of

                          1) Touch inter phase and a touch keypad when it is vertical with T9
                          2) slide out key board when horizontal
                          3) a stylus to jot down notes
                          4) 2 SIM cards (one for international roaming)
                          5) Standard USB charger so it can be cahrged with any USB in the world

                          Wish List

                          1) Mini projector that can be used as a torch also
                          2) A camera that can be also used as a scanner
                          3) A Fax card also

chetan, 26 Jan 2009The Z and the Y keys have been interchanged to make it a QW... moreIn Belgium and maybe some other countries as well, they use QWERTZ keyboard layout as well, so I think that this is a deliberate choice depending on which country the phone is meant for.

Great news, great phone. Why anew N97, when you already have N97. Those who prefer touch screen can go for N97. Just leave our simple QWERTY alone. Congradulations Nokia.

The Z and the Y keys have been interchanged to make it a QWERTZ instead of QWERTY. Design flaw or something else?

Man N97 kills it as we know it would, however i never liked E series, i dont get it big keyboard things and all, they ist that many bussiness people is there?, i know the N97 has a qwerty also but at leat it has better camera, internal memory , touch screen and others.

I own an N95 i am a nokia fan but since the N95 which was the biggest phone break through and best thing done by nokia back in 07 there hasnt been that much in the N series range,n96 n85 n79 n82 they are all the same, The N97 is the only new begining change, i hope nokia blow peoples minds with the barcelona event next month, they need it cause they have fail this year thats forsure.
