For goodness sake, it's now almost 5 months since 4.3 came out, now 4.4 has come out and the International version (GT-i9295) still doesn't have an update to 4.3. Great hardware but shocking customer care from Samsung. They really don't care.

And if you care look it up. And some people may notice the performance bump.
As well as this is a smaller update.

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2014TRIM support and better RAM management and erformance tweaksGranted that this somehow influences the performance of the device, but a normal user would have NO idea what it means, how it works or benefits them. Perhaps companies using Android need to start working on comms that actually dumb it down to the everyday user. Google & Co. have a lot to learn.

That's more than you can say about most companies. So did you have a point? Not to mention that is THE NEXUS device. DUH they have KK. What on Earth kind of point is that? And The Google edition of the S4 already has KK too...That is plain stock Android.
Other phones have to be more perfected, modified, work with UI, and wait on carriers.

And I am pretty sure samsung will skip 4.3 and directly take your phone to 4.4 so relax! It will never have that high a priority for samsung and so it will get lesser updates than s4....

If you want a midrange phone which gets as high priority as flagship, try buying Sony next time!

Sammy is still struggling with Android 4.3 but Nexus 4 & 5 already have Android 4.4.2.

What happen to Sammy? Why you are so poor when comes to software update?

Also, 770mb??? With s4 mini 8gb memory, of which 2.6gb is taken by android already, this will take even more space??? either built in more memory or make update less bigger (and no, you can't download updates or 90% of apps on SD card)
