I think its a new Asha Design and will be released in the asian markets its not android plus since MS owns Nokia division in the near future i dont see why would they help their own competition by supporting Android.

Nokia undoubtedly makes a good smartphone hardware. can't deny that the 1020 is really a fine phone. but coming from the windows phone environment, i'd have to say that partnering with windows isn't doing a lot for nokia. i truly hope that they would make android lumias

Nokia implements the Metro UI way better than those found in Microsoft products, except for the Xbox 360.
