Motorola's Tweet : "Moto G launch details for India will be announced on February 5"
It does not necessarily means that the device will be launched on Feb 5. They can announce a new launch date on that day while revealing the price of the device.

Seriously dissapointing to see motorola announcing new launch dates near every previously defined launch date. First they said early jan then later in the month then last week of jan and now feb 5. Waiting for the device from december and now I am really fed up waiting. Why not google put moto g up in google play store as it has done in US if they are having trouble finding distribution partners in india. If now they change the date I will be buying something else.

So, the Launch Announcement is postponed to Feb 5th officially by Motorola for India. That means, it may be announced on 5th but may or may not take some time to reach retail stores. Immediate availability after 5th is not confirmed. Secondly, not sure even on 5th it would be announced.
Been waiting for long, should have ordered from USA but the dual SIM thing was holding me. Giving up the wait now..!!

few months back in Gsmarena forms some kids argued with me that MOTO g is best budget mobile and i tried to explain the fact that it's not best but they don't know anything so where is those kids know ? playing with your toy mobiles ?

If price 250 dollar in india then more option is there. No micro sd card option, non removable battery and no service centers. Xperia L better choice than this.
