Hello, I have a samsung galaxy note 2 that is new and just got december 2013, while my friend also has a samsung galaxy note 2 which has already been used by a previous owner , but unfortunately my friend can update his phone to kitkat 4.4.2 while I can't! I hope this is a landmark problem because( before I had an htc one x and my friend too and I had it set for the far east and that is what caused the update to reach late while his reached before.) Please answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

Bro you should download 4.3 jelly bean without any fear i also own note 2 and it made my device much more advanced and there will be no issues, its always feel great when ur ahead of your own league.

Hi. I own a Note 2. In Dec 2013 there was an upgrade to 4.3 made available but i did not install it. confirming my fears, there had been a lot of posts in here about the update making the device lethargic and guzzling battery power. I wonder if the problems still persist or are the bugs fixed by an update. Please let me know.

My friend using note3 already get kitkat.
He says it great.. his battery last longer..

how come the update for my samsung has messed my phone up? winding me up now cant do anything on it at all with out it saying error or closes app/internet ??
