Octa core with 720p HD is awesome as there wouldn't be frame drops compared to 1080p phones because the GPU must be powerful and probably clocked over 500 Mhz, though 1 GB RAM with octa core is a bit of disappointment. If the battery is over 3000 mAh and removable and if there's a Micro SD card slot support upto 64 GB then I'm in to buy this phone.

AnonD-151727, 26 Jan 2014So what? powerwise It sits between s6oo and 8ooAntutu-wise you mean, its a safe bet to say that the felt performance will be way way below S600. Same as the quadcore in Xperia C doesnt feel as powerful in real life despite being a good benchmarker. A7 cores have failed to impress me but im happy that A7 is replacing A5 more and more, A5 is useless, even when quadcore, would probably be useless also if octa core. Still, being significantly better than the worst doesnt make A7 much of a real life performer, things tend to stutter, i would guess much of it is due to insufficient L2 cache, the A7 core itself is probably ok.

Jason Bourne, 26 Jan 2014And it will cost more than $400 with 8GB & 1GB!!Actually it's $330, which is a good deal if you ask me.
a 32gb sd card costs about $50, so please stop whining about the memory. It's not like they have removed the expandable memory slot.

Just one word for this device AWESOME !!!!
If the price is right then HTC might have made a sweet spot in mid-range segment for 2014.
