a company already struggling to uphold the simplest of network promises (maintain a stable phone call) is now joining one with an appaling level of customer service.......... Good move

Loved Orange, EE aren't as good unfortunately, three are an appalling company, this is a great thing for the environment that more and more masts aren't going up to keep up with 4G so i'm happy about that.

My only concern is the customer service going to suffer if a full merge is going to happen.

I've been a cust with 3 for over 7 years & yes apart from a few instances GOT THE BEST SERVICE SPECIALLY FOR LOYALTY & about 4G i am a person offered to check 4G & ITS GREEEATT. amazing download speed & that to at no extra cost, nor change in monthly payment. also a huge discount as i have 4 contract in the family.
HATS OFF FOR '3' WILL GET ME 4G FOR FREE : )

EE do great loyalty, they can beat any offer from any other network, but you do have to put a disconnection request in to get the best offers.

Their customer service is good! ive always had issues resolved quickly. and when i say issues we are talking little things! The tariffs can be steep sometimes! but personally i think EE gets too much stick! I prefer EE compared to O2 etc!

T-mobile have been giving loyalty since day dot and realised no network did. So they withdraw this loyalty scheme and spent all there money in EE 4G. Hence now they are the largest network in UK

D79_, 03 Feb 2014EE customer service is soo poor, they are scammers aswell. ... moreWell if they to expensive why upgrade with them?
all mobile phones do this give you the highest price and you have work way down!
if your a exciting customer they have 'pot of money' to play with.
always upgrade in store get best deals for existing customers
new customers go online. EE customer service are shocking.

EE is terrible. I absolutely regret joining them. Three on the other hand does have some impressive unlimited data deals - I'd like unlimited data over faster but limited data.

well that's good news for Three customers. they might actually get a decent signal. and more importantly get a decent 4G. I love EE, its fast 4G, and really works well. So well done EE.

Vodafone and o2 are not joining together for 4G they are actually combining shares with eachother for signal mass, nothing else so Vodafone 4G is totally seperate

your forgeting about Tesco Telecoms, they have 98% coverage and in all major cities on 4G, with there price plans that beat all other networks and 4G at no extra cost i cant see anyone else beating them at the moment.
