Gold color phones were exist since last 8years in china’s cheap phone market . Apple didn't make it first gold color phone , so giving the innovator title to apple is blindly believe in apple . But one thing getting obvious is s5 aim fight iphone by offer more not less . Apple already plan to fight sammy’s note series in iphone6 soon i guess , which mean not just minor color thingy but the size which sammy start it or innovated it ( in ifans terms ) . So really no need to be pain by who follow who , they couldn’t careless weather innovations or copying as long as they make $

iphone 5S uses an A7 64 bit processor built by Samsung. iphone also uses screens made from other manufacturers. What the HELL is so innovative about Apple & iphone? - a non removable battery; memory card; and a tiny 4 inch screen. iphone is a marketing con job. A good American design? BULLTISH!

Of course Apple did not invented the fingerprint scanner and the gold color option. They rather "popularized" them. Who cares when motorola released a phone with a fingerprint sensor or when Nokia released a gold phone ages ago? But when apple released the gold iphone 5s, wreks later gold version of competing devices sprouted and months later new flagships sport fingerprint sensors.

Apple might have been the first company to come up with a good all round user friendly eco system from disparate parts and credit to them for that. However, to then claim you have copyright on the stuff, that the eco system parts make up of, most of which was invented by others, as a competetion stifling antic is beneath contempt. Apple's entire marketing ploy nowadays seems to be, if we cannot compete in the market place and all else fails there is always the nearest court room to run to. The original iPhone could not even forward text messages for heavens sake and yet they like to make out they invented anything and evrything and we should all so humble to them. Dream on dreamers!!!
