Wouldn't surprise me at all. There were only a billion versions of the S4. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if a carrier variant comes with capacitive buttons. My S1 is the Tmobile version, and doesn't have a physical home button.
Honestly, samsung needs to get rid of that button. It's pointless, it's one of the least used buttons on android and I'd rather have a dedicated task switcher button than having to hold a physical button.

Just looked at the pics again. The ones without the hardware buttons are fake. Unless there is no speaker to hear your calls lol?
It looks as if someone just put a white square over it to blend in. I'm calling a fake.

A metal S5, with on screen buttons... Ooph I might have to leave my Z1 for that. The waterproof feature has been a massive help for me though, I'd have broken any other phone 3 times already haha.
If Samsung can do me a solid, and just chuck waterproofing in as well, then I'm in.
