one of them doesnt have autofocus writen on the back of the case, and it looks smaller. maybe its a galaxy s5 mini version

samsung ran out of design and also copycat the dual color flash that iphone 5s came with!
now, i no longer wonder why apple sue samsung for different patents....

looking at the renders, the version without the home button doesnt have the speaker grill either, so i think its the waterproof version, and the bottom version is the normal version

Design looks uninspiring. I am sure Samsung will fit in lot of hardware in the phone but I guess we are reaching a phase where marginal oomph of improved hardware is not good enough to cover for (no change in) design. Average hardware is now good for usual task on phone.
Design hence will become more and more important in 2014. Nokia/MS will also have to ensure that they do innovate in look and feel of Lumia series. While lumias look great, the design surely has been overused in highend(except for L925).
Apple will surely try to bounce back this year.
