[deleted post]Dude, I get what you are saying... Maybe your iphone can record video, send mms, multi-task, etc... but you had to jailbrake it to do it! The point is that there are tons of devices out there (both mid and high-end) that can do that plus, a 1,000 things more, right out of the box... get my point? You had to go an extra mile (or 10) to get the iphone to do basic stuff other devices even take for granted...

Lg keep trying to impress people with there looks of there mobiles ,but its there reliability they have got to show to the U.k Public as they started off on the wrong mode,releasing rubbish an unreliable phones all the time on the 3 Network,they keep trying but do not impress alot of the u.k public nowdays,an one another thing Lg got tostop doing is copying nearly all Samsung mobiles

it is so sad that the most men here hate the iphone why.
i realy like it.
he works verry good never eny problem whith it camera is good on day licht or els i take my cam whith me it has a good mp3 player and movie player its the first phone i have that is strong and easy to use.
i dit like sony ericsson too after one year the cam cover break down or buttons are stuck .
nokia it is terible always lots of dust in it and verry slow.

People, come on...Iphone is not the uber phone, everything is just in the marketing, because outthere are phones, much,much better then the Iphone!!
All WM and Symbian powered devices are better, 2MP camera is out of date,no video, and no autofocus,or flash...that's stone aged!!
I have never seen a bussines man,with an Iphone, but I've seen a lot with E-series...mostly E51,and E90(I had one by myself,a great phone).
Also, you can see those people with HTC Tytn2 and other WM devices. Iphone is for a well done marketing move by apple, and millions are following them, but the product it's self is not so good!
I would never change my Omnia for an Iphone!!
And now something to the LG, the S-clas UI is great, usefull and good looking, and It will be a bestseller.

Considering iPhone as a "MUSIC" phone, it doesn't even have A2DP (Steroe Bluetooth)...

ur right they hvnt come close to beating it, they hv beaten it (a few years ago as well).
iphone uses 2mpx cam with no video, no auto focus, no settings. while there r phones with 8mpx and a phone with 12mpx has been announced.
iphone lacks several feature in msging that other phones hv had for over a decade
iphone cant multitask
statistic prove it takes longer to type in a number to call on the iphone compared to almost every other phone
iphone has even made user-replaceable batteries a feature on other phones (something that came standard)

ur probably thinking of the capacitive touchscreen iphone uses which is on other phones as well. eg: htc g1, palm pre... apple/iphone did not come up with multitouch. multitouch was used in the 20th century but not really available to the public. anyway, there r other phones which now support multitouch. as for responsiveness, other phones with capacitive touch screen should be about as responsive. neonode was the only company that used optical touchscreen which is more responsive that capacitive and works with anything, wen u hv ur gloves on, with a stylus... in fact neonode were the first to use sweeping gestures on a touchscreen to navigate. eg: slide ur finger down and the menus scrolls up or down. also neonode were the first to use slide to unlock. so if the technology iphone uses was used before iphone how can others be copying iphone? they are NOT. there were phones that looked like iphone before iphone and there probably always will be. (btw neonode is now bankrupt)

iphone is slow, (takes more time to call a number on iphone than most other phones, and its slower than ipod touch, eventhough u pay more for iphone considering ur 2yr plan) and it cant multitask which is probably why it might seem faster than some other phones.
ur right nothing is as simple as an iphone but how hard cud it be to use phones? also why wud i want a phone thats so easy to use a baby can do it? check youtube.

most phones can play music, its not like the iphone is the only one. but why listen to music on ur phone, the sound quality is not as good. also iphone is not a small phone.
most of the features u get on iphone u can also get on ipod touch. just buy urself another phone and ipod touch. this is in fact almost always cheaper than hving an iphone with the 2yr plan. (depends on the other phone). so this way u get a better phone and probably all the stuff u like of the iphone with the ipod touch.

i rather have a PC then a Mac ,a Zune then an ipod ,5800 then and iphone

everyone just expects every touch screen to phone to exsactly like the iphone
and by the way i have a zune and it cuts the ipods up to shreds UI,battery,look,function and feel

In terms of usability, the iphone has nothing to offer except for a few lights and touches here and there... aside from that, its specs resemble those of a 4 year old mid-range device! Anyway, the Arena is good and all, but right now both the Samsung Omnia HD and Toshiba's TG01 take the cake for best devices.. also the Palm Pre ain't that bad! and (I know I'll get hell for this) but all the above brands are still better than LG!
