It says there "Connect more people to the world's information" and "Introducing the next 'smartphone' from Motorola to make these connections happen." these sentences clearly states that it's a smartphone not a smartwatch.

Make no mistake...The OnePlus One announcement has lit a fire under the asses of old guard OEMs causing them to scramble and speed things up. First LG G3 coming out in the next few weeks, Sammy now sort of showing their hand with the Galaxy prime, Motorola rushing their new smartphone in a couple of weeks...i just hope they are all priced reasonably.
This Motorola invite with the slogan made to last...priced for all, could that mean a device with a longer lasting battery at a very affordable price point. Well i hope it also have the 2014 specs.

I also think it is a Watch (Moto360).Hope that they will make it available all over the world & one thing more Motorola service centres & accessories should also be available to rest of the world except the US.I start hating Google for making motorola only a US company.

I Also Belive It's A Smartwatch Because The Invitation Started By Talking About Connecting Stuff Together, Then There's The Clock In The Picture, Finally There's The Mention Of Availability & Durability, Smartwatches Aren't As Expensive As The Cheap Smartphones, Plus It Should Be IP58-IP67 Certified For Water & Dust Resistance.
