@007roh
no the screen uses a different substrate which is more energy efficient. It shouldn't use any more power than the G2's screen and perhaps less.

    3000 mAh battery might not be able to cope up with the beastly resolution of G3. It should have atleast 3500 mAh battery. But by any chance if the battery is able to provide enough juice to last 2 days then this will a no brainer.

          Besides the deep blacks on Amoled and oversaturated colours. Amoled is no good after a while.

                      Does anyone know whether the LG G2 will go down in price when the G3 gets announced? Or will that only happen when it gets released presumably later this summer? Thanks!

                        Anonymous, 04 May 2014plastic is better ! it does have strong reception signal... more"stronger reception signals" that's what manufactures should solve.
                        Anyway, it's good if it's like the polycarbonate on Nokia or HTC phones.

                          aluminum that once you bang it will stay in that way.

                              it does have strong reception signals! and less radiations.

                              metal is bad for a phone!

                                        @madilb: those who has screen burn on amoled screen might not be careful enough with their phone or they were unlucky enough to receive a defective unit. My S2's screen is still beautiful and does not have any screen burn issues.
