A lot of people are complaining that 5,5 inch screen is to big! For Asian market 5,5 inch is standard. In a lot of Asian countrys they like smartphones with a 5,7 to 6 inch display. So I think a 5,5 inch flagship of LG isn't that strange!

terry, 03 May 2014Man that was too funny :) I had to share that with my girl Hahah thanks but it's sad really we all know that bigger phones have space for more internals to stuff inside and companies are pushing that not because they care about big screens but because they can put more internals there. A big screen is great and all but there is a limit 5 inch i think is the biggest a smartphone should attempt to go. After the rumors for HP phones and Samsung phones that will be 7 inch and Oppos this year at 5.5 inch. Galaxy 5 at 5.2 and this new LG rumors seems like they dont even care about ergonomics.

No need for qhd resolution in phone. It will only make gpu work more. Better include water resistance. But yeah QHD is marketing..

Anyway. QHD will be nice and sharp, but same size battery?????? While the screen is bigger and much higher resolution??
And the new Amoled will still look way nicer.
Most likely it's a better 13MP than last time.

Seriously, this phone needs to be dragged out behind the building and shot. God in heaven, it looks awful. Not to mention it still has those crappy back keys, and no waterproofing. PASS.

No! I think size will be the same or we are talking about few millimeters, and my calculation was to count how many lines are on the page where the phone it is been pictured and form top to bottom are 19 lines or 18 space between> And they make aprox. 5.46 inch. same as the lg g2. Now it may be that Korean pages line are bigger but I don't think that. Lg g3 will be a very good phone but hopefully with different digitizer NOT like the one on the g2 that it is very annoying on the sunlight with that pulple/rainbow web style digitizer.
