AnonD-259899, 05 May 2014Destroying phones was never a bright idea. The one who came... moreRight? Let's just break perfectly good phones. And at this point there are still going to be people that do it. Whether because they are not aware of the new option or just because the idea was put in their head.

In India we have 7,933 towns and some 600,000 villages and rest of world will definitely have a huge numbers, so 100 is a very small number for this cause though appreciable over smashing the phones.

Hope Nokia, Samsung and Apple can follow the same for this cause when they offer new mobiles through buyback schemes.

Destroying phones was never a bright idea. The one who came up with this shows their shallow intellectual abilities. Recycling them is also rather sketchy claim. Not every part can be recycled. At least it is now better than the original nonsense.
