Samsung should try employing younger people as head of departments,as their minds are stil fresh and will come with new designs,unlike employin old people who have same old designs in their heads...

Yes, Galaxy S5 steel finish killed its beauty, looks outdated (ex: keeping steel plates and glasses in 7 star hotel) atleast make a aluminum matt finish to Note 4 and high quality leather finish betterthen note3, if you do the same like S5 to Note 4, 100% failure...keep it in mind Note 4 is business premiumn class phone.
