Today is 24th of June, still there is no official word about windowsphone 8.1 update(lumia cyan) from either nokia or windows; I wonder, from where did you get this rumor?

crisis , 11 May 2014good that MS add basic functions after ~ 4-5 years. Shame N... more4-5 years ? Windows phone 8 was released in the q4 of 2012, less than two years ago.
And even if you speak about WP 7, is was released by the end of 2010, so not even 4 years ago ....

Windows Phone 8 is rock solid. and in 8.1 as a developer I particularly love the huge set of api's available to us.
It is like android or iOS in early days, when everyone was exited to build apps for smartphones. Now is a time to build apps for Natural User Interface.
