A much lower price than the rival (iPhone) will make it be perceived as inferior.
Pricing also allows for the selection of it's costumers. By making the price steeper you are making the device more exclusive, hence more attractive to many in the higher end (which incidentally is also the target client of a flagship).

And their battery life is bad as huawei. And their glass is shock resistant due to their gimmick bullet proof screen protector.

That's why the S5's body was originally designed for the 5.2" QHD screen, not the 5.1" FHD.

That price tag will be lower in the U.S. The current S5 retails for about US$150 more in Korea than in the U.S. So, if the phone will be US$880 in Korea, it'll most likely be ~$700 in the U.S.

On what planet an 880$ phone will cost 640€ in Europe ?
No manufacturer apply this kind of change rate.
A 600$ Samsung s5 in Europe costs about 650-700€.
A 650$ iPhone 5s in Europe costs about 700€.
A 699$ HTC one in Europe costs about 700€.
An 880$ phone will costs about 850€ in Europe .... that is ridiculous for an overclocked s5 with a better display (and a waste of pixels I'd say, because I can't see a reason for QHD resolution on a 5" display)
