The point is that its easy to distribute in the US cause of the carriers available and the systematic system!!
Down here we all have unlocked phones and usually the rollout begins in within a week of the update....so just be patient keep calm and keep informing people out here!!

India gets all updates usually 4-5 days after its official release and the whole of the indian subcontinent gets it within the same allocated period of time!!
Well we all have waited for like 2-3 months why not wait
And anyways sonys blog says theres a battery heatup issue...dont think getting excited would resunt in a great experience :(
