Sony rolls out Android KitKat on Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Tablet Z

Sony has just begun seeding Android 4.4 KitKat updates for the Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Tablet Z.

                      Anonymous, 21 May 2014Just got my update! Rubbish update! -___-After big update such as from 4.3 > 4.4, you would need to do factory reset in order to clean everythings up n make everything smooth.

                      But before you do that, backup all of your files n contact info first.

                                  So many impatient people here, it doesn't help to complain on here! It will come Europe always gets first dibs then rest of the world. Plus it's the carriers holding back not Sony! Applies to all manufacturers!

                                      Though the support forum talks about KITKAT for Xperia SP, why no mention in the above news... I am desperately waiting for for a new UI... Friends around me have KitKat on their low spec phones and I am getting annoyed.

                                        Props to Sony for updating their apps as well. Samsung used to do this. Remember when they upgraded Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy S Advance, they have also upgraded the icons, apps etc. Wish I can own one.
