I think it is highly unlikely that this device will omit HSDPA 3.5G internet speeds. It will have to be significantly cheaper than the fabulous 5800. Otherwise it is unlikely to sell as people will naturally pay a little more and opt for the 5800 and its feature set. (As has happened with the E63, E71 choice).

Nokia must be smart in setting right price decision.. For example, in my country Nokia 5800 is far far left behind, most people will choose Blackberry coz' Blackberry Bold only cost $570 (still Nokia set its 5800 price at $400). What a fool decision. Goodbye Nokia.

This clearly shows the position of Nokia these days. They can not match the high end products offered from other manufacturers like the iPhone, Omnia, Pixon etc. so they concentrate on the cheap plastic Chinese made rubbish where they have dominance.

Nokia`s are cheap phones for cheap people.

Nokia is a far cry compared what it was couple of years ago when it was the leader of the mobile innovation.

Beside those who work in the company, can anyone really keep track of ALL the phones being released by this company in the past year?

This is quite a dissapointment, since Nokia is one of the best for mobiles. I think that they should have reinvented the whole design, so it doesn't look like the 5800 (which the camera sucks). Also Nokia should have considered improving the UI, if they want to beat LG and Samsung. I just
Hope that this would come differently than rumoured.

Good luck with the upgraded life-quality thanks too this TV-app. ;-) On the other hand; if you will be dependent on the hotel-TV cable-connection for best quality, why not just use the hotel-TV itself?

For those who are worried about scratces on the large display. Check out siliconrubber-protection from www.screenguard.se/silikonskydd-c-95.html. In addition; check out if its possible to leave the factory-screenprotection on without loss of function. Its available for 5800, but Im sure a 5530-version vill come as well. Im currently using it for my 5220 Xpress and it works very well.
